While it is crucial to mention hygiene standards like washing your hands frequently, especially if you have travelled by public transport. Using an alcohol sanitizer, in case you are travelling to disinfect your hands, wearing a mask (cover your nose and mouth) and avoiding touching your hand or mouth. There are also certain methods to improve your immunity.

What is immunity system ? And why is an important to our body.

 Immune  system is a complex network to cells, tissue and organs together they help the body fight infections and other disease. When germs such as bacteria or viruses invade your body they attack and multiply this is called infection the infection causes disease that's means you sick. Your immune system protects you from from the disease by fighting off germs.

Don't worry, I will share you 5 simple ways to boost your immunity naturally at home:-

1) Ashwagandha



But what exactly is Ashwagandha? The Sanskrit term Ashwagandha translates to    "smell of horse", and rightly so. Traditionally, it is believed that a person who consumes this herbal medicine will gain horse-like strength and vitalityAshwagandha is an ancient medicinal herb. Ashwagandha also provides numerous other benefits for your body and brain.
 
Simply take one glass of hot milk and add one teaspoon of ashwagandha powder. The best time to have it one hour before going to sleep at night. If you digestion problem with milk you can replace with water.

 2) Turmeric 


Turmeric gives an instant boost to the immunesystem. It hasantioxidant,anti inflammatory and antimicrobial property.

Simply add half teaspoon of turmeric into hot glass of milk and have it one hour before going to sleep at night.

3) Amla  
                
Amla is an excellent source of Vitamin C, hence it helps boost your immunity Naturally metabolism and prevents viral infections and bacterial ailments, including cold and cough. Its nutritional profile also comes studded with a range of polyphenols that are known to fight against the development of cancer cells.

It is usually recommended to eat about 1-2 amla per day or you can take as per your taste as well. It can be either eaten raw or in the form of juice.

4) Giloy 

   Giloy is known as "Amrita", which literally translates to 'The root of immunity', because of it's abundant medical properties. Giloy is full of antioxidants that fights intruders  (The root of immunity)



Just mix 1 teaspoon of giloy powder with lukewarm water and have it empty stomach in the morning.


5) Mint Drink
  
One soft drink to naturally boost immunity, Mint anti-inflamentry properties Mint has  antiviral and antibacterial properties that can keep mind flu and cold. Mint may help cure headaches too.


Simply put 500 ml of water in a pan and half teaspoon of turmeric into it. Let it boil for 2 minutes now add 10-15 mint leaves let it further boil for another 2-3 minutes pore the mixture in the glass let it cool. Now add 1 teaspoon honey that set.  "Replace tea with this drink once a day"

Pick any one remedy practice it for a few months. You may also keep varying the different home remedies to get maximum benefites.

Some tips to improve and boost immune system:-

1) Get vitamin D from the sun. (15-20 minutes) 
2) Eat seasonal fruites daily.
3) Drink enough water to push out the toxins.
4) Maintain proper sleep timing.
5) Exercise Regularly any form of exercise ( but daily one hour is needed)
